Built around the advanced MC2900 intelligent control unit with a vibrant LCD color display, this chassis features up to 9 hot-swappable rectifier module bays (REC1 through REC9), enabling scalable power output and high-density redundancy.

 

The integrated DC distribution panel incorporates dual low-voltage disconnect protection (BLVD and LLVD) utilizing high-current circuit breakers (125A), an integrated AC power meter unit, heavy-duty silver-plated copper busbars, and comprehensive environmental/battery telemetry inputs (TEMP, ENV, DI/DO). Operation Guide

Mechanical Mounting & Grounding:

 

Install the main cabinet into a standard 19-inch rack enclosure using side-mounting brackets.

 

Connect a heavy-gauge copper grounding wire to the main PE grounding lug before making any electrical connections.

 

Electrical Wiring (AC & DC Distribution):

 

Connect incoming 3-phase AC power (L1, L2, L3, N) to the labeled AC Input terminal block.

 

Attach high-capacity storage battery cables to the heavy-duty BAT+ and BAT- copper busbars, ensuring correct polarity.

 

Connect high-priority DC loads to the BLVD circuit breaker terminals (F1–F4) and standard loads to the LLVD circuit breaker terminals (F5–F8).

 

System Startup & Module Insertion:

 

Insert the required number of rectifier modules into slots REC1 through REC9 until fully seated and locked.

 

Turn ON the main AC power supply breaker.

 

Confirm that the MC2900 controller powers up, initializes properly, and displays system operational status without critical alarms.

Engage the DC distribution and battery breakers (F1–F8).

 

Network Configuration & Monitoring:

 

Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ1 or LAN RJ45 port for network monitoring.
