5. Features of Off-Grid Telecom Solar Power

ESTEL off-grid telecom solar power system integrates AC mains power, photovoltaic new energy, generator, and battery energy storage. It converts high-voltage DC solar power, AC mains power (and generator output) into high-quality -48VDC power, for supplying power to DC loads, and charging batteries, realizing autonomous operation.

This power supply system supports SNMP based communication, and supports northbound and southbound communication and remote management, through either ESTEL software management platform or client’s centralized management platform.

ESTEL telecom power supply system also integrates functions of AC and DC power distribution, and battery management.

Below is the structure of an off-grid telecom solar power system with 12kW Solar & 16kW Rectifier:

1) Outdoor Cabinet

High protection grade: IP65;

Installed with a highly efficient cooling system (Options: Forced fans, Air conditioner(s), Heat exchanger);

Strong anti-theft ability, embedded door, inner hinges, three-point lock, supporting additional padlock;

Installed with door sensor, smoke sensor, water sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, etc.

2) Power Distribution Units

ESTEL provides customized AC power distribution and DC power distribution solutions, providing clients with high-quality systems with high space utilization rate.

ESTEL also provides smart power distribution units, which supports remote and smart management of each load branches, realizing convenient remote electricity consumption management. ESTEL also provides compact power distribution units with more compact size.

3) EMU

The off-grid telecom solar power system is equipped with a Field Supervision Unit (FSU), it provides rich interfaces for various kinds of smart Modbus devices and environment monitoring sensors, and supports SNMP based communication, enabling remote unattended monitoring and inspection. By using ESTEL remote monitoring software, customer can realizes single-click management of hundreds of sites.
