Operation Guide

Foundation & Cabinet Placement:

 

Prepare a level concrete pad with pre-embedded anchor bolts matching the bottom plinth footprint.

 

Lift and position the cabinet onto the foundation using heavy-lifting gear attached to the base frame; tighten all anchor bolts securely.

 

Cable Routing & Sealing:

 

Route external AC/DC power cables, grounding cables, and fiber lines through the bottom entry cable grommets into the respective bays.

 

Tighten rubber seals around all incoming cables to preserve the cabinet's IP55 ingress protection.

 

Equipment & Battery Installation:

 

Install 19-inch rectifiers, switches, and patch panels onto the left compartment's rack rails using standard cage nuts.

 

Place backup battery modules onto the reinforced shelves in the right compartment, connecting battery cables according to polarity diagrams.

 

Climate Control Setup & Power-On:

 

Connect main AC/DC power to the door-mounted industrial air conditioners.

 

Power on the system and set target temperature limits (e.g., 25°C for battery compartment, 30°C for equipment bay) via the digital LCD panels on the air conditioner doors.
