This floor-mounted DC power cabinet packs a complete 48V rectifier system into a 16U internal rack, wrapped in an IP55 enclosure with active air conditioning. It's aimed at telecom, industrial, and renewable energy sites where equipment must keep running through heat, dust, and humidity — but where technicians can only visit occasionally.
 
The design premise is simple: front-only maintenance. One front door, bottom cable entry, and all active components accessible without pulling the cabinet away from the wall or opening side panels.

A 500W air conditioner (200–240VAC, 50/60Hz) works alongside 20mm thermal insulation cotton to maintain internal temperatures without compromising the sealed enclosure. This isn't a fan-and-filter setup — it's closed-loop cooling for genuinely harsh environments.

Three 1.74kW modules deliver 5.22kW total in N+1 redundancy, all within a 2U shelf. Lose one module and the system keeps running at full load; replace it without tools or downtime.
RS485 and SNMP come standard, with an LCD for local readout. Six digital outputs, seven digital inputs, and three analog inputs (two battery temperature, one ambient) give you full visibility into both the power system and its environment.
An anti-theft three-point locking system and inner hinges mean the door seals tight and swings clear — no exposed hinge pins, no pry points.
