3.Service environment
4.Dimension Diagram
5.installation condition
The charger should be installed on a flat concrete foundation, with a cable entrance reserved.
The foundation is required at least 150mm above the ground and the vertical inclination is less than 5%.
Fix the bottom of the charger by four M14 screws embedded in the foundation.
Keep at least 100cm spacing around the charger for heat dissipation and operatio
An Awning is recommended
Electrical connection
The electric supply system is 230V single phase. Connect the external cable to the internal terminals according to the symbol, L, N and PE (earthing).
6.General troubleshooting
Trouble shooting No. | Fault phenomenon | Solution |
1. | Indicator light not bright |
I. Check the power supply wiring. II. Open the door to check the 3-pole connector of the control board J12 contact. III. Check the 2A fuse of the control board by multimeter. |
2. | Unable to charge |
I. Check the emergency stop button. If it is pressed, release it in the direction of the arrow. II. Check the red indicator light. If it’s in steady light, that means the charging point is in fault. Then open the circuit breaker firstly and eliminated the corresponding fault. After the fault is eliminated, close the circuit breaker and wait for 1 min to restart the charging point. |
3. | Unable to read RFID card (if any) | Open the front door and check whether the 4-pole signal terminal of the card reader is in good contact. |
4. | Electricity meter communication failure (if any) | Open the rear door and check whether the RS485 connector of the meter is in good contact. |
5. | Upriver power supply tripping frequently |
I. Check whether the upriver circuit breaker is in a good condition. II. Replace the upriver circuit breaker to a larger rated current if the rated current is too small. |
Warning: Withdraw the charging connector before electrical maintenance work! Be sure to cut off the circuit breaker of the charger cabinet and the upriver circuit breaker before electrical maintenance work! |
7. Warming Alarm
