Product Overview
The 3–18kW DC Power System 6U Subrack is a reliable and scalable power solution designed for telecom, IT, and industrial applications. It supports both 380VAC three-phase and 220VAC single-phase input, delivering a stable –43 to –58VDC output with a rated value of –53.5VDC. With a maximum system capacity of 18kW and an efficiency above 96%, it ensures high performance, energy savings, and consistent operation.
The system adopts a modular architecture with up to six rectifier modules, each rated at 3000W and weighing less than 2kg. Modules feature forced cooling, power factor ≥0.99, and THD ≤5%, providing clean and efficient DC output. The lightweight design with front maintenance support simplifies installation and service, while IP20 protection guarantees safety and durability.
Equipped with four battery breakers (4×125A/1P) and dual load breakers (2×63A/1P), the system provides secure DC distribution. It also integrates 4 analog inputs for battery and ambient temperature, 7 digital inputs, and 6 dry contact alarm outputs. Monitoring is enabled via RS232/485 and SNMP, with an LCD interface for user-friendly operation.
Built for harsh environments, the unit operates from –40℃ to +65℃ (full load below 50℃), withstands humidity of 5–95% non-condensing, and supports installation at altitudes up to 3000m. Its compact 6U design and 19-inch rack compatibility make it an ideal choice for critical power supply applications requiring high efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
