The ET7575180A-33U Floor Mounted Telecom Cabinet is purpose-built to address both. Combining a robust double-wall thermal insulation structure with the flexibility to integrate a 48V telecom power system, this 33U enclosure provides a secure, climate-stable environment for ODFs, lithium batteries, and critical transmission equipment.

Advanced Thermal Insulation Structure

Unlike standard single-wall enclosures, this cabinet utilizes a double-wall heat insulation design with a 20mm PEF (Polyethylene Foam) layer sandwiched between the inner and outer galvanized steel panels. This structural approach serves a dual purpose: it dramatically reduces heat transfer from external solar radiation, and it prevents internal equipment heat from escaping during cold nights. The result is a highly stable internal microclimate that eases the workload on the cooling system and extends the lifespan of temperature-sensitive batteries and electronics.

Purpose-Built for Integrated Power and Backup

The 33U internal rack space is highly configurable. It is designed to house an integrated 48V telecom power system alongside Lithium battery banks, Optical Distribution Frames (ODF), and standard 19-inch transmission equipment. To support this, the cabinet can be equipped with a specialized 48VDC air conditioner, which operates directly from the site's DC power bus. This ensures that cooling continues to function even during grid outages, securing the equipment when it matters most.

Environmental Resilience and Security

Deployed in outdoor locations, the cabinet achieves an IP55 protection rating, ensuring resistance to dust and low-pressure water jets. The manufacturing process involves degreasing, pickling, phosphoric washing, and powder coating, providing exceptional anti-corrosion performance for coastal or industrial environments.

Physical security is maintained through a single front door equipped with a special outdoor three-point locking mechanism, which supports the addition of a padlock. For comprehensive site management, the cabinet supports a full suite of alarm sensors (water, door, smoke, temperature, and humidity) and a 48VDC LED lamp for maintenance illumination. The cabinet operates flawlessly across extreme working temperatures ranging from -40°C to +55°C.
