This cabinet is equipped with IP65 enclosure, a cooling system, a 24kW telecom power system, and a monitoring unit. And the main key parameters are as following.
 

 
3. Introduction of Telecom Enclosure
 
IP65 rated, equipped with reasonable heat management system. It is installed with 19’’ standard rack, it also can be compatible with both 19’’ and 21’’ solutions, which provides convenience for telecom sites with mixed battery types (lead-acid and lithium batteries). The cabinet’s racks and base all are use reinforced design and materials. The base is designed with cable entry structure, which provides flexible cable routing for users, while maintaining very good sealing performance.
 
ESTEL’s main advantage is to provide customized cabinet design for all customers, no matter it is a replacement project with very strict requirements for cabinet structure and very small quantity, or a new projects for very complicated environment conditions.
 
4. Introduction of Cooling System
 
An air conditioner and two emergency fans are installed on the cabinet door, for maintaining a suitable temperature inside of the enclosure, and hence extend the life time of telecom equipment. ESTEL’s provides many air conditioner models for customers to choose. The air conditioner also provides with communication interface for connection to customer’s upper monitoring system.
 
5. Introduction of Rectifier System
 
ESTEL’s 24kW rectifier system is configured with 6 slots, which are compatible with 3kW rectifier module, 4kW rectifier module, and 3kW solar MPPT module of different efficiency, all are hot-pluggable. All the modules have a design life time of more than 10 years.
 
The rectifier system is configured with a intelligent controller, which can be used to connect to various kinds of analog and digital inputs and outputs. And it support SNMP communication.
 
The rectifier system is designed with a power distribution system, and all AC input breaker, DC load breakers, and SPD are integrated into the power system. And customer can choose different breakers based on needs, such as smart breaker, compact breaker, and normal breaker of different brand.
