1. Introduction
ESTEL Hybrid Energy Telecom Power System is a hybrid power supply solution that uses solar energy, diesel generator (DG), and grid power as the main power sources for telecommunication equipment.
It uses clean and low cost clean energy power to constitute a reliable power system, it provides high quality power for modern telecommunication services, and help telecom service providers to expand their business in those areas have no grid power, or have unstable grid power supply.

5) Environment Monitoring Unit
The environment monitoring unit (FSU) is a high-performance low-cost FSU (Field Supervision Unit) device integrating Data Acquisition, Intelligent Protocols Processing and Communication Module.
As a smart DAC (Data Acquisition Controller) installed in every telecommunication station or base station in Power Supply & Environment Surveillance System, FSU accesses different sensors to get various environment data and non-intelligent devices status and communicates with intelligent devices (including telecom power supply, lithium battery BMS, air-conditioner, etc.) via RS232/485, Modbus or other kinds of communication interface. FSU captures the following data in real time and delivers to remote monitoring center via B-Interface, SNMP protocol.
