The Outdoor Equipment cabinet is installed as a stand-alone highly versatile modular cabinet.

The cabinet is designed with flexibility and supports a scalable solution for future upgrades or expansion.

Constructed from aluminum with a powder-coated finish for durability, combined with concealed security hinges and a 3 point locking mechanism to provide the ultimate protection.

The cabinet is lightweight for easy placement on location.

The internal chamber has an 800mm W x 900mm D footprint space to accommodate a 19” rack.

The cabinet provides a dust and water ingress rating of IP55 or better.

The cabinet is installed with Environment Monitoring Unit: temperature and humidity sensor, smoke sensor, water sensor and door-open alarm.

The 48V-DC centrifugal cooling fan is mounted in the roof cavity (with filtered air inlet mounted low inside the door) or a 48V-DC Air Con mounted on the side of the cabinet.

The layout of the cabinet facilitates cable access, fixing and grounding. It has entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.

All the cables used in the cabinet is made from flame retardant materials.

3. Components Installation
3.1 LED lamp, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the enclosure.
Environment Monitoring Unit and PDU are installed on 19” rack.
3.2 Air Conditioner is installed on the door of the enclosure.
4. Theft Proof Design
4.1 Door lock theft proof design
Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.
4.2 Connection and Fastening
(1)Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
(2)Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
