The ET48750-M7E106 DC rack power system is a high-capacity, carrier-grade power conversion platform engineered for core telecom nodes, large-scale data centers, and mission-critical industrial facilities where power continuity is essential. It interfaces via terminal blocks—configured as L1×3, L2×2, L3×2, and N×6—to support AC inputs. The system delivers a precisely regulated DC output adjustable from –43VDC to –58VDC, with a nominal setpoint of –53.5VDC. Rated at a full 30kW output capacity, it sustains conversion efficiency above 96% even under heavy load, significantly reducing energy loss and operational expenditure.
The architecture is fully modular and fault-tolerant, supporting up to ten 3000W hot-swappable rectifier modules in an N+1 or higher redundancy scheme. Each rectifier module weighs under 2kg and leverages forced-air cooling alongside advanced power factor correction (≥0.99) and very low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%), ensuring grid-friendly operation and consistent power quality. The entire system is housed in a 6U-high chassis built to fit standard 19-inch racks. Front-access hot-swap maintenance and top-panel cable routing simplify installation and field service, while the IP20-rated enclosure protects against accidental contact and ingress of solid foreign objects.
Power distribution is managed through an integrated DC panel that supports both LLVD (load low-voltage disconnect) and BLVD (battery low-voltage disconnect), allowing prioritized load shedding and extended battery runtime during outages. System intelligence is handled by a dedicated controller equipped with four analog sensor inputs, eight digital status inputs, and seven programmable dry-contact alarm relays. Comprehensive remote management is enabled via RS232, RS485, and SNMP, giving operators full visibility and control over power parameters, alarms, and rectifier status. Local configuration and real-time monitoring are facilitated through an integrated front-panel LCD display.
Designed for deployment in physically demanding environments, the system operates continuously across an ambient temperature range of –40°C to +65°C and withstands relative humidity from 5% to 95% (non-condensing). It also delivers full output power without derating at altitudes up to 3000 meters.
