The ET4860-M3I21 DC rack power system is a high-performance, resilient DC power platform purpose-built for telecommunications infrastructure, data centers, and industrial environments that demand uninterrupted and reliable power distribution. Operating from a 220VAC single-phase input, it provides a regulated DC output adjustable from –43VDC to –58VDC, typically set at –53.5VDC. With a full output capacity of 6kW, the system supports power-intensive deployments while sustaining conversion efficiency above 96%.
Engineered for both modularity and fault tolerance, the system accommodates up to two 3000W rectifier modules in an N+1 redundant configuration. Each rectifier module weighs less than 2kg and incorporates forced-air cooling, a near-unity power factor (≥0.99), and low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%) to ensure clean and efficient power conversion. Housed in a 6U chassis compatible with standard 19-inch racks, the unit enables front-access serviceability and top-panel cable entry, while its IP20 rating guarantees basic protection against solid objects.
For flexible power allocation, the integrated DC distribution panel includes BLVD functionality. System intelligence is driven by an advanced controller featuring four analog sensor inputs, eight digital status inputs, and seven configurable dry-contact relays for alarms. Remote oversight and configuration are supported through RS232/485 and SNMP interfaces, while a front-panel LCD provides local monitoring and setup options.
Built to withstand extreme conditions, the system operates reliably in temperatures ranging from –40°C to +65°C and in non-condensing humidity levels between 5% and 95%. It maintains full rated output at altitudes up to 3000 meters.
