The 18kW rack-mounted DC power system is a high-capacity solution designed for telecom networks, data centers, and industrial facilities requiring reliable DC supply. It supports 220V single phase input, delivering a stable –43 to –58VDC output with a rated value of –53.5VDC. With a maximum capacity of 18kW, this system ensures sufficient power for large-scale applications while maintaining efficiency above 96%.
The system integrates up to 6 rectifier modules(N+1 redundancy), each rated at 3000W and weighing ≤2kg. These modules feature forced cooling, high power factor ≥0.99, and THD ≤5%, ensuring clean and stable DC power conversion. With front maintenance, top cable entry, and IP20 protection, the design prioritizes safety, serviceability, and ease of integration into 19-inch racks.
DC distribution includes 2*125A battery breakers and 1*LLVD & 1*BLVD, providing flexible and secure load management. The intelligent controller supports 3 analog inputs, 7 digital inputs, 6 dry contact alarms, and remote communication via RS232/485 and SNMP. Local monitoring is enabled through an LCD display.
