||
This rack-mount DC power distribution unit (PDU) is designed for telecom base stations and battery energy storage systems requiring multi-channel battery inputs, protected load outputs, and real-time monitoring. Built in a modular structure, the system supports hot-swappable battery packs and ensures stable DC power delivery to communication loads such as BBU, RRU, routers, or control units.
Multiple Battery Inputs
Up to 6 battery input terminals (BAT1 to BAT6) with individual DC breakers allow parallel connection of lithium or lead-acid battery packs.
Load Protection Breakers
Multiple DC circuit breakers (F17 to F21) with clear labels and locking mechanisms protect downstream telecom equipment from short circuits or overload.
Dual Output Tenants
Separate power buses labeled TENANT1 and TENANT2 support isolated or shared load distribution.
Integrated Monitoring and Communication
Equipped with an LCD display, Ethernet (LAN), RS485, and USB ports for local and remote monitoring of voltage, current, and alarms.
Terminal Block for Dry Contacts / IO
A clearly marked terminal block enables connection to external alarms, relays, or PLC systems for signal expansion and integration.
Modular Battery Bay Structure
12 lower battery bays arranged in 3×4 configuration allow easy access and replacement of modular battery units.
Rack-Mount and Scalable Design
The unit is pre-drilled for 19-inch rack mounting and may be installed standalone or as part of a larger telecom cabinet system
Highly Integrated
Combines battery input control, output protection, system monitoring, and structured battery installation in one compact unit.
Remote Management Ready
Supports SNMP or RS485 protocols for integration with network management systems or EMS/BMS.
Fast Deployment
All terminals are clearly labeled and front-facing for ease of installation, wiring, and maintenance.
Safe Operation
Includes high voltage warning labels, individual breaker indicators, and optional locking for safety compliance.
Hot-Swappable Battery Support
Compatible with plug-in modular battery packs, supporting maintenance without system shutdown.
