1. Application Scope
The ET7570200 Outdoor Telecom Cabinet is mainly used in communication base station, such as 4G
system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency
2. Cabinet Introduction
2.1 Cabinet Material
The cabinet is made of stainless steel.
(1) For front door, roof, two side panels and back panel: outer wall is 1.6mm stainless steel 304, inner wall
is 20mm PEF heat insulation.
(2) Plinth: outer wall is 2.0mm stainless steel 304, inner wall is 20mm PEF heat insulation.
The cabinet is assembled type.
2.2 Cabinet Structure
The cabinet includes one compartment,there is 19” rack form up to down, 38U space.
2.3 Cabinet Door and Lock
The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock
is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock.
3.1 The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
3.2 The cabinet cooling use one air conditioner, which work in alternation to continuously keep
thermostatic inside the cabinet.
3.3 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. On the
back of the cabinet, there are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
3.4 All the cables, sealing and heat insulation used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant
3.5 The cabinet uses assembled structure, easy for installation.
3.6 The cabinet includes 19” standard installation rack.

5.Main Electrical Components
5.1 DC48V 2000W air conditioner and 2 fans are installed on the front door. The fans function is the backup of air conditioner, the fans only start to work in the event of air conditioner failure. The fans will be closed when the air conditioner is in operation.
5.2 PDU, Environment Monitoring Unit and DDF are installed on the 19” rack.
5.3 LED illumination lamp, LED Lamp sensor, door sensor, smoke sensor and tilt & shock sensor are on top of the cabinet.
5.4 The water sensor is at the bottom of the cabinet.
5.5 The temperature & humidity sensor is on the side panel
6. Wire Routing Design
Feeder cable and other external cables all use back wiring method.
7. Grounding Protection
(1)The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating, with 120mm2 sectional area.
There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
(2)The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar.
Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
(3)Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.
8. Theft Proof Design
8.1 Door lock theft proof design
(1)Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B
requirement, supporting padlock.
(2)Three point lock
8.2 Connection and Fastening
(1)Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet
use hot dip galvanized bolts.
(2)Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
8.3 Appearance and Surface Treatment
Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating
complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
8.4 Door Limit
(1) Cabinet door options: vertical hinge door, horizontal hinge door.
(2) The door limit device can limit the door position when it is open.
(3) The door limit function is automatically activated when the door is open, and should be canceled
manually when the door is closed
(4)When the door is fully opened, the largest open angle is larger than 95°. If it is horizontal hinge door, it
can prevent outside water from flowing into the equipment compartment from the upper side. The bottom
edge of the door limit device is higher than the hinge level, which can offer enough operating space.
(5) After 1000 times open and close operation, the door and door device will have good function and have
no excessive wear and tear.
(6) At the door limit status, the door limit device can bear the static load by door opening and closing at
22m/s wind, without mechanical failure and function failure.
There are 12 pcs of screws on the cabinet roof, as shown below picture. Unscrew the screws from the
inside roof, then the roof can be removed, the diagram is as below.
Notes: inside the top, 3 pcs of srews on left side and 3 pcs of srews on right side are concealed by the
inner side insulation cotton. The insulation cotton is required to be folded down a little, then the screw can

10. Cabinet Installation
10.1 Position of installation hole at cabinet base is as the following diagram.
10.2 Use 8 pcs of M16 bolts to fasten the cabinet on the existing base,(such as concrete base)
10.3 According to site situation, put the cabinet on the concrete base with forklift, crane or manually, and
fix it on the concrete base with bolts.
